One ounce = 30cc

75 ounces is roughly 2250cc or 2.25 liters. Or 2 liters with 250 ccs
left over.

Ounces in fluid measures volume. Ounces in grams measures weight. Two
differrent things. One liter of water does not measure out as one kg.
Or maybe it does in this case. :)

Make sure you put the decimal point in the right place.

The point I am making is that what we often call hunger pains is really
thirst. So if you are hungry, drink first especially if you don't drink
much in the first place. Rather than eat more food, drink.

One has to drink A LOT to suffer from overwatering in a short period of
time. Most people are in a chronic dehydration state. There is something
called water toxicity and generally people who are healthy will die from
it only if they are FORCED to drink the water. If you are healthy you
will just urinate out the excess. If your health is compromised in some
way there could be problems.

People who have excess water in their bodies, often called edema, are
actually as one theory goes, chronically dehydrated. Their body is
trying to hold onto the little fluid they have by shunting into the
spaces between the cells. Current medical practice is when our bodies
hold onto water we give diuretics to make people urinate it out. This
actually creates even more severe dehydration. The best thing to do is
to drink more water (is the alternative view point) so that your body
will not hoard water stores like a camel. But this is a controversial
view point not accepted by modern medicine.

So if we are severely dehydrated ( and there are many causes) and hold
onto water which makes our bodies swell, we take medicines and restrict
fluids to dry the body out. This sets up a vicious cycle because the
fluids we do drink are then hoarded inside our flesh because the body
thinks it is dehydrated and it is. So there is more swelling, we take
more medicine and restrict fluids. If you have problems with edema I
would seek out medical advice before increasing your fluids.

The day will come when, after harnessing space, the winds, the tides,
and gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of Love. And on
that day, for the second time in the history of the world, we shall have
discovered fire. - Pierre Tielhard De Chardin
