Subject: [K-list] Ocean-like Experiances

Hello, I'm new to the list (sort of)-and I am
currently going through a slow come down from
potiential through odd ocean-like reality tunnels. I
suppose things are rough, although things have eased a
bit. I keep hitting boughts of paranoia and delusions,
where everything gets worse and worse and worse, until
finally, the storm clears up, I can breath again, and
I can finally get some sleep. Weird stuff. Kundalini
seems to be turning my life around through annoyce and
small pains.

 I've had a lot of "swaying of the bush, or shrub"
experiances (joke) -the wind blows you into a little
bit of pain, and then into a little bit of healing.
Maybe just some kind of a reality tunnel-but it seems
to be kind of allowing the bark to grow stronger, you
know?


I'm kind of curious to know-has anyone else faced
peroids of time of ocean and water experiances? Or
peroids of what seems to be spiritual rain? I'm
waiting for things to clear up, yet I'd still like to
give kundalini more of myself than I'm normally
comfortably with.


Healing has started to seem obvious these days too!
Although I'm not compleatly sure how healing the
engery is, or what it does, exactly, for the body.
Maybe just a very positive and intence meditation
towards good health?

If you're curious to know-the things that helped
towards healing, and feeling energies was simply
allowing myself to heal-focusing on allowing, and the
feeling of "letting" my body feel the energy-Allowing
works for almost everything-allowing the chakras to
open-letting the energy do its thing, safly and
gently..Allowing, and letting the energy do everything
for you..letting kundalini take care of you, these
seem to be the best ways for me to work with energys
and meditations.
