That said, as for all things, shakti or K energy has the tendency to magnify
our thoughts beyond the levels prior to awakening.

To me, Paranoia is a perpetual or cyclic manifestation of fear that can be
difficult to break out of. Anxiety or fearful thoughts manifesting into
reality and subsequently being resisted more.

It is like Astral or Mental Hell where the distinction between delusion and
clarity becomes vague. Confidence is lost and it is easy to get 'scrambled'
in a chain of fearful thoughts and projections.

The worst I've had is events seemingly manifesting in real-time, around me,
almost like a mini horror movie. My thoughts and resistance becoming so
strong that I loose sight of any alternative possibility.

In such cases, I've had to break the emergency glass (figuratively speaking)
to get out. Fortunately now, I'm a little more sensitive and notice the
signs before they get too strong or ride the wave out and release the
intrinsic karma.
