Hello Everyone,

The interpetation of surrender as "letting go" resonates as a core truth. Surrendering to love - as totally emersing oneself in the experience, such as the Kundalin awakening.

This concept holds such peace, and fulfillment.

Long ago I read a book called "The Secret Life of Plants." It was based upon studies of electronically recording the potential "emotional" responses of plants. I had the opportunity to meet with one of the authors of the book. One of the purposes of this study was intended to see if we could build communication with a species of plant for sending into space. The intention was to avoid sending humans and animals.

The project didn't result in sending Daisys into space, but they did manage to discover some information which touched me.

As a result of reading about the emotional responses of plants, I began to feel a little guilty about eating plants. I thought to myself "What the heck, NOW what can I eat to sustain myself? Air?" (smile)

Then I read a passage which revealed something very interesting. This was that plants, being prepared for consumption, entered a state of ecstasy. This occurred at the point at which they were being eaten by their human care takers. I think of ecstasy as a total surrender, or "letting go." It was as if they were fulfilling their destiny.

Perhaps the trees feel this total surrender at being one with the earth?

Blessings,

Kathleen

Welcome!

< here the individual doesn't have much choice since surrender is a helpless
feeling of being has chosen to awaken us?

I like to use the expression "letting go". And instead surrender, let
things happen spontaneously. What happens spontaneously is what all my being
what to do at a certain point. So as much as I let things happen
spontaneously I´m getting nearer and nearer of what I want really to be.
What I feel, sense, think that I should do at a certain point. And slipping
out of artificial ideas that I have in my head and doesn´t have a real base.

Am I losing my freedom, my independence? All the way back, I´m recovering
them.

That´s what I think people thinks when they speak about "surrender" in a
spiritual background. They are not giving themselves to an alien form, they
are turning, so isntead being crossed in the middle of the river, go with
its flow.

< what are the consequences when we do NOT accept or yield to this force?

I think this is the same as if you try to blend your knee to the front. You
hurt yourself.

< i am intuitively believing that "kundalini" is a kind and gentle "life
force" or am i wrong?

Personally I consider kundalini as the "natural healing system" of the body
to keep it fit.
So it can´t be better. :).

imagination?

I have never saw them, but I have read about people who do. It doesn´t seem
to be so strange.

is a safe place---"?"

Yep. It is not easy to find people with whom you can speak about.

my base up to my the palm of my hands--- then sometimes flows out like a release on my right hand--- "." i do not know find answers since this seems like something old and new to me. it is also
perchance "kindred" regards, dyvinity

The feelings at the spine, I think it is the more classical thing related
with the kundalini. The feeling of energy is too. If you look at the
previous months you can find a lot of messages I have write about it. It is
something wonderful. :).

The best places I know are ElCollie Web Pages and The Gateway
Archives. There is a good amount of information there. :)

Chao!
