hi Sylvia,

i find myself getting spontaneous chants, similarly to how many folks get
physical kriyas (which i also get)... i began exploring them and developing
the sound by singing them with many variations and going into whatever new
sounds develop from them...

eventually, i noticed that certain of the sounds vibrated the areas of my
body near the 7 commonly experienced major chakras (especially the throat,
pineal/3rd eye and crown chakras... i sang your chakra a bit, and it feels
to me to be mainly a throat chakra mantra... with the "me" part brining the
energy up thru the crown... (this is good, because when i chant without the
energy finding release thru the crown, it can give me a headache from the
energy build-up that remains unreleased..

a variation developed for me, "ahn-tu-mee" and also "ahn-tu-nee"... ...
which vibrates my throat, pineal and crown, in that order... (funny, but the
sound is almost like "unto me")...

also (on a diferent note) ;-) ...a very deeply resonant sounding "oh"
wonderfully vibrates my heart chakra... i felt great when adding this before
other mantras... in this case, your chant developed for me into:
"ohhhhhh-aaahhhnnn-toooooo-neeeeeeee"
this gives me a delicious rush of energy and consciousnes running from my
heart and up through the chakras, and then fountaining out the top of my
crown chakra...

thank you for sharing this wonderful sound, Sylvia... it inspired me to
write this post, which is becoming something i rarely feel up to doing
anymore... i hope that your chant (and also mine) encourages others to
experience the great joy of playing with their own natural songs from
within... it has become one of life's wonderful little pleasures that i love
so much... *smiling*

warmly,

percyval
