>To me it feels like the first of your 'currents of thought' is a felt
>knowing.

Well, I just could understand it absolutely for a second and some
minutes afterwards. A sensation of very high intensity. Personally I give it
a great level of acuracy, and I don´t do this with too many things.

>When I look at something and get an unfaltering perception / understanding
>then I am clear in that area. There is no more karma to clear.
>For example it might be a relationship from a past lover. When I look and
>see clutter, differing emotions and images then I know I am not seeing how
>things really are but my minds junk relating to that thing. When I look and
>there is no emotion or bodily feedback, but just clear view then I know.

This is a nice way of describing when a situation/relationship/problem
is solutioned.
>I'm wondering if you could be inferring the middle path... Happiness could
>loosely be described as fulfilment. Being filled within. Not needing, nor
>resisting.
>The middle path is much to do about right action. MAS writes very
>clearly on
>this in her essay on the Power chakra and it's relation to discernment.
This has been great!. The middle path would be my second opinion. i.e.
a gradual and growing harmony with me and my surrroundings.

Since two years all the zone of the stomach has slowly expanded and
sensibility has gone back slowly. These last months I have been more and
more amazed of the losts of things we feel with the stomach. :). And at my
energy healings stomach, chest and head where the principal places. But I
didn´t knew it was called the power chakra. :). And it was so important, at
first what you think of the stomach is ... well it serves fot eating. :).

All my problems came of not listening it. It just to tell me, don´t do
this, I just followed the ideas I had on my head.

>> So if live and death are the same, why I still fell pleasure
>> living?, why I defend myself physically and mentally?,
>
>The body has survival instincts. As astute and attuned as we may become the
>body's still home.
>Interesting I have found of late that my Identities (what I am being / what
>I believe I am... if I am not nothing) relate back to survival
>patterns and
>protection of the body. I am sure there is a point where the body
>and spirit
>can be in perfect harmony continuously. Like they are one and each other.

Personally I don´t like the word "instinct" because it seems to mean
something that have not direction, something that is not intelligent. When
in fact through non-doing all the parts of the body system works smoothly
the brain included and at a higher level.

I agree with you, and going back to the text of MAS, once you have
integrated the "ego" in the whole that is done.

>> why I want to have
>> a
>> free live and helps other got as much freedom as they can?.
>You don't *have* to. This is a trap unto self. It is believing you are
>helping self from helping others.

Yep. I know it was a incorrect way of telling it. I would have said
that freedom is something I see as good and precious and enjoy seeing free
people. If "I have to be free" than it becomes and obligation and it sop
being freedom. :).

>> If life and
>> death are the same, where is the difference in being rich, poor, have
>> food,
>> don´t have it, be happy, sad etc ...? Personally I don´t know how to fit
>> it
>> in my daily life.
>Our identification and belief in their power to make us feel better from
>them. It is illusion. However the body's natural tendencies should not be
>ignored. Cleaning the ego reveals the body's natural instincts, moving into
>harmony with the universe.

That have made me think something for a moment. But I think the
feeling is not like a desire, I get this I feel better, the idea is that it
make you feel sad to see someone sad. You would like that person to be all
right. But from another point of view, you know it doesn´t matter sad is
happy, happy is sad. ?¿. You die you life, and verything continues to be the
same, there is no change.
