Dear Albert,

It's interesting, isn't it, how differently we all experience the energy.
Some people hear sounds, others experience the energy primarily as physical
sensation. Still others are very visual and have visions, see auras, chakras,
etc. But oddly enough when we did the chakra poll most of those who responded
felt the chakras physically rather than experiencing them visually:

Perhaps it's simply a matter of how tuned our senses are or maybe it's how we
"translate" the energy. Aren't you really "seeing" the energy when you feel
it as sensation in various parts of the body? I suspect that by surrendering
and letting the energy "tell us" how to experience it rather than trying to
force it into what "we" want to do, that we become more tuned in to all aspects
of the energy.

I agree with Lars and RK Shankar--that it is not wise to concentrate so
powerfully on the Anja chakra.
