When I first felt K last year I wondered too--it seemed to
confine itself to these intense undulating movements and
muscle contractions and no discernable spinal involvement, except for the physical.
But the last couple of weeks I have
finally had a couple of episodes of really feeling energy
pulsing up my spine and lights flashing in my head. So I am
convinced now that it is all K, just a matter of degree.
