Subject: [K-list] Gateway to elsewhere?

Hi Hillary and List,

I'm experimenting again but I want to ask if you ever come across the
experience I call the Gold?

In view of some recent reading material I've started to review two
experiences I had some years ago in which I dived into a Gold "substance".
One experience was while wide awake sitting in the kitchen. I had been
expecting a friend to phone but for whatever reason he had not, I suddenly
felt a "pool" of Gold in my chest, it felt or looked to my minds eye like
the metal mercury but rather than being silver in colour it was a pure Gold
colour. I, the "me" of consciousness dived into this and discovered that I
was in a different sort of "space". Instinctively I reached for the friend
who incidentally had my car and had not yet returned it, and found that I
had come up "inside" him. I tried to "talk" to him but there was no
awareness there to talk to. I then sensed that he was doing a workout in
marital arts so I "reached" up into his arms and "held" them. Again from my
perspective there was no response so I departed and returned to my own body
and normal space. Later when he did turn up he was rubbing his knuckles and
it seems that he had not moved fast enough during practice and had them
rapped. Very appropriate but it showed that the space the Gold lead to was
outside normal space. There was some other stuff which made it clear when we
checked that this was not trivial or a coincidence.

The other experience was in a dream where I came across a swimming pool
filled with Gold and when I dived in I again found myself in an alternative
space.

Have you come across this kind of "doorway" before or are these experiences
unique?

The reading that lead to me looking at this again was the book The Field by
Lynne McTaggart. The book is all about the Zero Point Field which is the
quantum filed which may be the source of all consciousness. My guess is that
the sensation of passing thought this what I experienced as Gold but if that
is true then other people somewhere should have also had similar experiences
and K people may be more prone to "inner" experiences than most :)

Any comments or similar experiences would be much appreciated.
