Yes, I agree that it is interesting to know that one is not alone,
especially when family/friends don't necessarily understand Kundalini
activity. I was interested to read about your various energy
manipulation experiences. During Kundalini activity I feel a field of
energy between my palms and roll it around like a small ball in front of
my body, using different movements. When it has grown, I apply it
automatically to parts of the body.

My family sees some of the mild activity, since I cannot always restrain
it in public. A very energetic episode once occurred in public when we
visited a temple in London (we live about 20 miles from London, UK). My
family members were embarrassed, but I was unaffected.
