I really like this comentary. :)

I used to make personal "pranayama", on my own, with incorrect information and relly got to disturb my natural breath pattern.

Through the kundalini development all the harm I had made to muy breath and diaphragm has solve gradually and spontaneoulsy. I have recovered the breath from the diaphragm, and it gets better and better each day. I have gone too, through spontaneous movements where the breath regulates in differente patterns.

For example. These last days my chest would inflate totally to produce a pressure in the heart. That would help some blockages to get freed. The uses the organism make of breath are limitless. It is impresive.
