It that case, God Himself becomes the teacher.

Kundalini rising happens
Raising it by techniques
without preparing oneself for its rising
may not be good

Raising it by techniques
should be done with the guidance of Guru alone

Learning through e-mail too
should be possible,
if the one teaching through e-mail
is a Spiritual Master

One such guru in USA
is Satguru Bodhinatha Swami
of Kauai Adheenam, Hawaii

There may be others as well
For example, Sahaj Yoga Teachers
