Hello there,
The paths to enlightenment are many, so kundalini is but one of these paths.
I awoke after great physical pain due to cancer, kundalini came after ( 4
years ). I feel lucky to have experienced both...the pain path and the
kundalini path. Both are merely aspects of yourself that you have opened up
to and allowed yourself to experience. Many of my fellow cancer warriors
have died since our initial meeting because they could not take the pain.
It is very disheartening and alienating to say the least. An anvil of
sorts.
Surviving the pain of cancer only to experience the pleasure/pain of
kundalini stirring was for me and not for them. I don't know if I would
have appreciated the kundalini surges had I not been cleansed through pain,
but that is me. I cannot speak for others but I see that many do not
require anything else but kundalini to awaken...
Also not grasping at any occurrence or concept is the crux of awaking.
I hope this helps, and good luck.

        Hola!

This last months I have encountered some "elightened" people in internet
that didn?t knew too much about kundalini. I can?t imagine how one can be
completely elightened without knowing kundalini. I mean, kundalini is the
process that cleans you. How can you definetely elightened when your not
pure?

I can imagine that someone gets "enlightened" ie. gets non-dual
understanding. And later on his body gradually adjust to that new situation
i.e. something like kundalini. But no, that someone gets elightened and
that?s all.

If someone can throw a light here, I would pareciatte it. Thanks.
