        Hola!

I have entered this conversation because I?m experimenting something
similar. In fact, I?m feeling it right now. :)). These last days I have
entered slowly in a cycle of ecstasy that is slowly growing in intensity. It
started after lunch, when I usually took a nap and read/sleep for a while.
There were three days that the nap was fantastic, I felt better than ever
just lying on a sofa. Two days ago while I was coming back from a meeting
with some friends, it came. It was exactly like a high with ecstasy pills,
so it didn?t took me too much by surprise.
My interpretation of this, is that is a message from the body telling that
feels good, real good. That is happy. :).

I have specially felt it at the spine. One day it was just a sensation of
fressnesh going along all the spine.

As usually I agree with Hillary. It will come when it will come. And
the best is enjoy it as long as it last without looking for it to come or
whatever. I don?t think too, that bliss is a constant state, I think it is
more a high, a peak.

Not some time ago someone wrote about kundalini as related as the buddist
Jhanas and called it the "ecstatic absorption". At that moment I couldn?t
understand that expression.

I would like to ask if it is a common sign of kundalini and if it is
related with something in particular. Thanks.
