Dear Dan,

Feeling the energy in cyclical patterns is pretty common. Just as sexual
energy builds up, so often does K energy.

Usually K energy is most powerful during the awakening stages, but even
though the energy may diminish over time--from a roar to a light breeze, it remains
with us. So the both things are true, in a sense. The peak experiences may
become more and more infrequent, but feeling one with the energy becomes
continuous.

Trusting the energy is key :)) but it also means that you must trust/accept
the loss of the ecstatic part if/when that occurs. I find that being grateful
for the extraordinary gift we have been given, and not to be too "greedy" for
it to continue helps keep the bliss/ecstasy intact. In other words, be
grateful, but don't try to hang on to the physical experience.
