Thanks. I've enjoyed your postings too. Particularly your Kundalini
series. This type of sharing opens up greater possibilities for all of us.
Thanks.

Yes. It's actually any strong emotion. The other thing that tends to snap
me back is trying to analyze the dream symbology while I'm dreaming it. I
spontaneously start doing this quite a lot.

Yes, I meant to. Thanks for bringing it up. For me it was the definitive
event but I'm not really sure where it came from. Perhaps the experience in
my teenage bedroom left an emotional charge that needed to be released and
time helped with this. I remember the surprise I felt when I started to
feel my body vibrate and not reacting emotionally to it, when I started the
exercises last year. What do you think?

Sounds great. I'll give it a shot!

How wonderful! I guess this goes a long way towards eliminating doubt.

I guess it was great for your dad to have you to share it with too. I have
only started to share my experiences with others since the start of this
year mainly due to a type of paranoia I had regarding being thought of as
"NUTS." Now that I've started I'm finding it a very satisfying thing to do.
Talking about it seems to join the inner and outer worlds together.

It was the early hours of the morning when you wrote this and the dreamtime
had engulfed the Australian population including me. My duality post was
held up in the system.

Thanks for the thought though. I've been keeping it in mind this morning.
(I'm sitting here having a laugh about the arbitary nature of time.)
Julie.
