Looking into our Soul is the greatest terror.

Star Wars, Muktananda ... these are related to dissolution or more
accurately cleansing of ego. Becoming conscious of them allows us to
accept them, yes they do frighten us, but we won't be swayed or succumbed to
them, we will stand fast and firm else we become fear, we become unconscious
we become controlled. To become conscious of them is to accept them is to
transcend them. By transcending them we become more conscious and the ego is
purified to a greater extent, in preperation for the Self to shine through.
So we overcome them by accepting them through love. We're accepting ourself
through ourself. If we fight them, we're reinforcing our ego, or false sense
of Self. Else we're judging them with the mind, whereas we should accept
them with the heart.
I always like the saying, "the ego is a magnifying glass for the Soul/Self."
I now see the beast as the repressed part of ourselves. Remember when Luke
sees his father first as Vader and them himself. To see and accept it is to
become whole, to let the energy flower ever higher.
Facing the shadow seems to be a doorway into our spiritual awakening. This
is the Hero's journey. This will result in the big change. The shadow is
the unknown on the scales being weighed up, created by our repression.
It requires the greatest courage, strength and fight to see and accept
ourselves, to fight is folly.

I'm sure there is a lot of exploration here, i've read very little about
this. Sounds like the note was a tuning fork for the Soul. The explosion was
Samadhi. The K pouring out of Sahasrara.
I would like to know how this affects others. I could guess they are more in
touch with themselves, they have more energy etc
Who or what initiated the "musical note" is the question. Perhaps we're
helped when we reach that stage in that way.

I've wrote some down, but it's difficult to look up a symbol to research it.
Any good books?
Writing this has changed me, but i'm not sure how why or how, thank you.
