I've decided to book a holiday this weekend, just a little trip to London to
see some friends. I love going places. I am guarenteed to be smiling at
the airport, taking in all that's going on! It was at the airport that I
had one of my first, very special moments of bliss, last year. I was just
pushing a trolley of luggage, practising being conscious, when, suddenly - a
flood of joy! Since then, i've always liked being at the airport.

London is huge! I live on a little island (Guernsey, Channel Islands), so
it will be a big change of atmosphere.
