Dear Tom,

Not rubbish at all.

Is it mainly heat that is causing you pain, or something else. K can cause
pain especially when it first activates. Have you tried doing stretching
exercises to ease the flow of the energy?

Bertram Russell once said:

"Boredom is a vital problem for the moralist, since at least half
the sins of mankind are caused by the fear of it."

He also said something to the effect that the path to happiness is to learn
to cultivate boredom. ;)

Have you thought of getting yourself a puppy or another pet? Sometimes
something that simple can make a big difference.

In the meantime I agree that doing something for others, though a cliche,
really does work wonders.

Welcome to the K-list!

Love, Hillary
