Well, I maintain that the body let alone has his own recourses to keep himself fit. That´s why the kriyas. The tradition of yoga is interesting for me because it is a complete description of these natural kriyas. So, I wanted to know if there was "running" related with yoga, because if it so, "running" would be a spontaneous kriya at a certain time. But I doubt so.

I think running is more related with the youth stage of playing and exploring the body. All the adult animals tend to be very, very quiet and calm. i.e. Not losing energies without reason.

Anyway I agree totally with what you have write about flexibility. I think that the optimal point of health is where the body and mind has recovered a high plasticity to emotions and strong experiences.

>"Another key to staying grounded is to exercise regularly. In the chapter, "Healing: The Miracle of Life," I expand on the role of the connective tissue in transporting electromagnetic energy to every cell, molecule, and atom in the body, increasing cellular vibrations."

>In the healing chapter she states, "Stated another way to be healthy, an organism must exhibit dynamic flexibility in all of its systems and tissues." She doesn't go into yoga very much in that chapter, however.

>In retrospect, when I became aware of K energy or God energy as I call it, I had started an exercise program using a jump rope and video tapes for my abs, arms, legs and butt. I thought about this last night...these exercises incorporate aerobics, breathing and repetition for the lower chakra areas. Then I found walking on the earth was something I so completely enjoy, I feel out of balance if I don't do it. Again, walking (consciously) involves repetition and breathing.

>I personally believe any kind of physical exercise before meditation is beneficial and will produce similar effects as various types of strenuous yoga, such as kundalini.
