hi Tom,

it sounds like a very painful situation... most likely, most of these
feelings will resolve in time... hang in there... and pull up a seat and
hang with us for awhile if you like...

one thing i'd like to suggest is doing some volunteer work during those long
weekdays with nothing to do... there are many folks, especially children and
old folks in institutions who need companionship very badly... you would be
surprised to see how much your attention could be appreciated...
