Thanks for replies regarding my experiences.

A few years ago I was in the army. It was a quite
peaceful enviroment, luckily i was placed at a
position where I got a lot of time to reflect.
I spent hours walking around in the forests,
reflecting
back on my own life. At the same time, i became more
aware of the world around me. I took a serious affair
with myself, to put it that way.
After some months, i reached a "state of mind" where
i felt completely balanced. I could see things really
clear, and things really started to work out. I was
really "awake". I also took note that people around
me could sense this. It was real !

However, after my service was finnished, and I went
back home, I kinda "lost it" again. I began in a new
job, went back to my old friends and continued life.
But this state of mind was gone in a few days.

Last year I got the rise again, and it came suddenly.
I think it was a woman I met, and had a conversation
with, that triggered it. I decided to take it very
easily, and to continue life and "just let it be"
there. I have my eyes wide open all the time.

Basically, i dont do this to get a kick out of it.
I see alot of bad things around the world, and i
want to be useful. I dont know how yet, but I feel
I will know by time :)

I feel blessed and inpspired by feeling this physical,
and the future will be interesting.
