    If the realization experience is combined with ego death, it takes a
lot of practice and experience to learn to avoid attaching to something and
growing a new ego over and over, and inventing a lot of astral world hell
trips, journeys back into forgetfulness that are difficult to get out of on
your own. I don't do ego death rituals anymore... except on myself, now
and then...
