Elargonauto,

Kakasana (Crow Position) is relatively easy. When the knees rest on a
certain part of the elbows then it is really very easy, although it does
look impressive to observers. Mayurasana (Peacock Position) is
relatively more difficult. Pictures of both (and others) are available
on many websites.

The benefits described in books and internet may be a bit misleading.
The theoretical benefits are one possible aspect. The practical
benefits to a particular individual may be something else completely.
It depends on so many other factors such as: Prana flow & quality, Nadi
& Chakra cleanliness, physical & mental states, etc.

A very difficult one is Kukutasana, see for example
http://www.sivananda.org/teachings/teachers/swamiji/photos.html. I
usually have my legs much higher up, near the elbows. Then I "walk"
forwards (easy) and backwards (difficult).

I stopped doing the Classical Hatha Yoga a few years ago (although I can
still do many of the Asanas when required for demonstration) because the
Crocodile Exercises of Swami Dev Murti have been designed to incorporate
all the 84,00,000 Asanas, will clear 72,000 Nadis, will massage 1000
Chakras, and provide a full self chiropractice of the spinal chord and
hence provide immense benefit to the development of the Kundalini
Shakti.

I recommend that you try the Bhastrika Pranayama and Crocodile Exercises
for a few weeks. There is a Daily Timetable on my website where you can
choose a program from 0-60 minutes depending on the time that you have
available on a daily basis.
