        Hola!


                I?ve been reading your website and had found it very interesting. It is
very clear and have a good accesibility.

                In the photographs of asanas I have found one in wich I have a special
interest. It is the Mayurasana -- The classical Hatha Yoga "Peacock"
position . Since I started doing spontaneous exercieses I have been getting
nearer and nearer to do this asana. It was like just from the start there
was a strong desire from my body to make this asana. Could you tell me what
you now about it?. Thanks.
