Treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome:

To help those people who have aroused kundalini and suffered from the chronic fatigue syndrome:

Chronic fatigue syndrome is one of the diseases and awareness is needed and precautions are to be added to live a normal life.

I am practicing medicine since 1994 and done research work on this disease but I have never kept a data and results can only be written without the data and relief can vary from person to person. During this research I have found that following herbs can significantly improve the mental and physical exhaustion .another thing I have found is that persons suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome have to form a particular schedule so that they follow the daily routine in a disciplined way. for example the days for the rest in a week are to ascertained with not a very hard and fast rule .they have to sleep at a particular time and wake up time has also to be fixed.. If sleep cycle disturbed they can take tranquilizers but they should not make a routine of taking the tranquilizer pills and should stop the tablets after correction of the sleep cycle. Factors that can affect a routine night sleep have to be ascertained. Too much pain in chronic fatigue syndrome can also cause a disturbance in sleep. Medicines that relieve pain should be taken whenever there too much body ache {malaise}.
Following herbs can help very much and a titration [monitoring] of the doses is needed very carefully:

And should be guided by a qualified person, the herbs which can help and still not documented at any website visited by me are following and their description can be found for purpose of the knowledge and titration of doses and upper limit should never be crossed and they are not mentioning that they can be helpful in the chronic fatigue syndrome; or can be found in any book of the ayurveda.

Signs and symptoms of the kundalini

This classification is according to me and you may not find this thing in any book.

There are two types of the signs and symptoms of the kundalini:

1.Physical sign and symptoms

2.psychic sign and symptoms

a true guru or a true yogi can guide one person to the right path and tell the meaning of the sign and symptoms which appear from time to time in the process.
