Rick,

You are absolutely right. There are several people who have enquired
and I think it is better to show **something** now, rather than wait
until I am personally satisfied (since I am a perfectionist) for the
first release of the website. I have a few photographs of my
teachers/grandteacher/greatgrandteacher, to which I will add a few
descriptive/contextual words, and then will upload everything to my
homepage. Don't expect slick web design or fancy features, it will be
very basic.

I will post the web address to the K-List on or before: 6 JUNE 2003.

Later on there will be more detailed textual explanations of the
exercises, breathing, relaxation, meditation, cleansing, etc. These
will be accompanied by photographs, and perhaps short mpg videos.
