[Bhavin Desai] From a practical point of view, your quote seems very
strange (was there a problem in translation perhaps?). If all Kundalini
Shakti is awake then what is the process of "awakening" about? What is
the purpose of this K-List? Why are there so many books, videos,
websites, etc, about it? And how much better would be a proper place
rather than a "strange place" to get our wonderful sublime
transcendental insights?

Well, Muktananda isn't the only one with this point of view. It's an ongoing
theme with Sri Ramana Maharshi.

"No one wants realisation because there is no one who is not realised. Can
any one say that he is not already realised or that he is a part from the Self?
 No. Evidently all are realised. P. 442

But of course from a practical point of view, you are right. :))

I am seeking that supreme ultimate stainless knowledge which after
knowing there is nothing further to be known. It is extremely difficult
to find such knowledge, or a teacher to teach it. However, it can be
acquired by other means too.

I would say you already have the knowledge.

>From Maharshi's Talks p. 405:
Question: Is a teacher necessary for instructions?
Mahrashi: Yes, if you want to learn anything new. But here you have to
unlearn.
Question: Yet a teacher is necessary.
Maharshi: You have already got what you seek elsewhere. So no teacher is
necessary.
Question: Is there any use of the man of Realisation for the seeker?
Maharshi: Yes. He helps you to get rid of your delusion that you are not
realised.
