I do not know if anyone is familiar with Barbara
Brennen and has read her prominent work, Hands of
Light....
I was reading the same after a long time all over
again and its interesting...she describes different
interaction tactics that we employ due to our initial
learning as children about energy interactions...
how these get distorted because of 'reinforced'
beliefs due to repeated dynamics and the imprint lasts
forever. We thus seem to view the world through these
colored lenses and constantly interact with people who
exhibit similar tendencies as the ones from our past.
After reading this, I thinking if, just educating the
mind alone is'nt enough? Changing ones thoughts isnt
going to just make these long belief patterns go away.

iS THAt why, in spite of our adult voice knowing that
this pattern of action or thought or interaction is
unhealthy, our inner child as she calls it fails to
conform as it is threatened and thus will revert to
the pattern it knows will benefit its survival?

also, James Redfield in his most famous work, The
Celestine prophecy describes the four major control
dramas that play out in most human interactions again
due to childhood learning patterns...
So, we are stuck with an adult who now lives in a
secure world, and an inner child who never grew up who
is totally insecure to interact in a candid fashion in
a relatonship coz the fear of being vulnerable in the
past and being bashed about is still an unhealed wound
and haunts the individual?? so our world view in that
sense is limited to what database we already have and
we term what we see as reality....so, its just one
narrow view of the entire cosmos....its not good or
bad, its the picture i want to see coz i think its
true to me...
sorry if all this seems totally off topic to anything
going on at this site....
I was actually just thinking aloud......and thought
i's share some of those thoughts....
