I don't experience that kind of vibration. Instead I
feel the energy like a white egg inside my torso. It
usually starts at my solar plexus and moves out from
there. The energy is completely separate from my
physical wellbeing. For example, I can feel physically
very tired, as I am right now, yet feel the energy
itself and feel where any blocks might be (such as
left throat chakra)so that I can clear them.
