Films like the Matrix, Star Wars or Xmen show the interest of the

I went to see the new Matrix last night, with my daughter. I also had to
borrow a car, and after I returned the car to my wonderful friend, as I was
walking home, I had the coolest experience -- and it was as you describe it,
the sense of having somehow special abilities and living in a "normal"
world. I don't really think I have special abilities, but last night, after
the headiness of the movie, I sure felt like I did. I think perhaps part of
it had to do with the physical experience of the movie -- I don't get to
movies very often, and when I do, I treat myself to the big theater, with
the surround sound and huge screen. The combination of surround sound and
volume makes it a visceral experience ... and last night, I realized I
hadn't been to a movie for a long time, and the last time I went, I didn't
have this level of K energy. By the end of the movie, I felt like my spine
was just going to rotate itself completely out of my body! Really woke it
up! *smiles*
The wind was up and rain was imminent last night -- so there was a lot of
"atmosphere", so to speak, after I dropped the car off. I felt I could've
done the "Superman trick" like Neo did while I walked home. *sighs* Almost
wish I could ... well, except for my fear of heights. *laughs*
What you say about more people showing more impressive abilities, that's an
interesting perspective. I personally think more and more people are
experiencing K awakenings. I wonder if there's potential with the K woken
up to have some extra-normal abilities, so to speak? I know that, during
what I think was my K crisis, back in the early winter, I did some things I
could never do before (not breathing much, not eating much -- stuff like
that with no apparent ill-effect). Maybe this is the beginning of a change
in evolution?
I also agree strongly about the movies; actually, they were the primary
source of the insanity I experienced during the crisis. Although I'm not so
convinced anymore that something/someone/some being was downloading them
into certain key individuals, to be eventually produced by Hollywood
*laughs* ... I do believe movies (and books/art) reflect the collective
mind, as you say ... or vice versa. *smiles*
Speaking of movies -- I'm off to a friend's to watch "Adaptation".
