Hey Chris!

I use classical music, instrumental music, conscious roots reggae and Jimmy
BUffet to feed my consciousness the mood I would like to create. In order to
wake up in the morning a little Earth, Wind and Fire makes the world go
round. Everything contains consciousness so it all depends on which you
would like to make part of your own. As for mantras I see them as food for
the subconscious. Music helps to create mantras for a lot of people
everyday. Just thing about how many times you can't get a song out of your
head or catch yourself whistling a tune these have become mantras of the
moment. Mantras also carry specific energies that will attract/interact with
the higher self. The Egyptians use these Hekau or power words to have higher
consciousness(specific God's) to descend upon them. The wider the thought,
the higher the consciousness, the more powerful the energy. These can work
either for light or dark purposes calling whatever density we wish into
consciousness(life).

Blessings
