Dear Tom,

Yeah! :)) It is either becoming much more common, or K active people are now simply able to congregate because of the internet! Meditation is definitely a K trigger, though, and certainly an increasing number of people worldwide are meditating...

The latter, mainly :)) Your body will pretty much tell you what to do by trial and error. I found I didn't need to adjust my water or food or daily routine. I can drink wine with dinner, but find drinking any amount of hard liquor can give me a roaring headache the next day.

Questions are great! :)) That's what this list is for. There are many knowledgeable and wise people here! I wouldn't worry too much about what comes next. Usually the first impact of K is the most powerful one. Since you have been able to deal intelligently with that, I suspect the rest will be easy going for you. Yeah! :)) Once one understands that K knows what she is doing, the fear tends to evaporate. :))

Love, Hillary
