My backyard is surrounded by trees, mostly elms, and
one beautiful big maple in the neighbour's yard -- if you 'scan' with your
hands, and also with your head (probably the third-eye chakra, if you use
those terms), you'll feel the difference between the ground, the trees and
the sky.
Right now I only feel it through my hands. But it is very
interesting what you say about the third eye. It is quite strange at the
start, feeling through the head :) but makes sense as it is an important
center. Like the heart.
The budding trees feel incredibly busy, and the feeling is almost
an itchiness for me.
Yep. Sometimes I feel it like that.
The ground feels like a huge deep pull, but a 'dark'
pull, if that makes any sense.
It is like a draining, I guess that should be the effect of
gravity. It is not too nice sensation. AS I have myself go, I usually don´t
put my hands facing the floor.
Some days ago I closed the eyes and displaced slowly in my room.
I guess I was trying to sense the objects around me. I got really, really
close to the wall, trying to get something. But there wasn´t. I guess inert
things should have a very low vibration and it would need a very fine
perception of the elmf´s to get them.
I'm looking forward to warm nights, when I can again go outside with bare
feet and sit at the picnic table, just feeling the earth and the trees,
watching the few stars I can see from here in the city. All the day-to-day
stresses just disappear, and I feel so at home. *smiles*
