Hi all,

Lately when I have been grounding, I feel currents of cool air moving across my skin. It generally moves around the bottom of my legs in an upward spiral pattern first. I can also feel cool, moist air around my arms and face, and on the top of my head. Just wondering if this is kundalini activitiy or if somehow I am attracting entities and spooks. The energy never feels evil or scary, unless I start thinking of it as evil and scary, and then I get nasty shudders!! I'm thinking it's probably part of the k process. Anyone else experience this?
