I find myself doing that. I have many people that
dump their problems on me... for the most part I can
take it and it helps relieve them. But now I'm in the
phase where I want nothing to do with anyone.

I found that with certain people if you give and give
after a while they start becoming almost like a
vampire and start taking. Watch out for any cords
forming.

Right now I've been taking the last few days to cut
those cords that have formed on myself. Sometimes you
have to help yourself first and not care about others.
It's not rude or wrong, but you cannot help others if
you are drained. Take some time away from others and
their problems. Your energy will begin to return as
they find that they cannot feed from you anymore.
Then you can go back to caring about others but with
more wisdom.

Blessings,
Danalla
