Thanks to Charles and Hillary for their messages. No one knows the
actual numbers on either side, but I would propose that a few good cases
(such as in the K-List) does not balance the many bad/negative
experiences. At the very least it would give an unnecessarily rosy
picture to beginners/newcomers who will try to rush headlong into a
crash course. In general, the good cases are usually made public and
the bad cases remain in private, although there are exceptions on both
sides.

There is a difference between Kundalini activity which occurs naturally
in an individual at the correct time and place, and that which is forced
by another person operating on an individual (or by individuals on
themselves). Some operators may know the theory and methods and short
term benefits, but may not be aware of the medium/long term
consequences. In martial arts, for example, it is not enough to be able
to attack, one must also know defence.

My question is: why would the following sites (and there are several
others) go to so much trouble to describe the risks, dangers and
complications in relation to Kundalini?

        http://heartseva.com/

We can note in passing that there are no such sites for any kind of
sport, academic subject, business subject, etc.

My view is that Kundalini should not be forced, and this includes the
use of a second or third party operator.

Jack.
