Everything you tell is very interesting. My approach to fields has a lack
of perspective because I´m not in contact with any one who uses ti or make a
living from it. The people I know are just normal people ... :))). All this
stuff is like magic for me. To see suddenly things I thought were only from
fantastic books coming to reality!!.
My approach however is absolutely intuitive and self-progressed. I mean, I
don´t do exercises or practices. I have abandoned long ago all ideas about
discipline. I just left myself go and this things happens. I´m just
discovering myself as my sensibility grows.
The part about the bubble is exactly what I have been doing. I am intrigued
with something ... do you think if I´m doing it, and I´m feeling a strong
current and I ask someone to put his hand between mine ... would he/her feel
something? Some of the things i´m discovering about spirituality is that is
very, very real. Far away from the idea of pure faith.
About the unwinding I think is far more complete and interesting than any
rigid approach. Normal exercises seems now to me like a violent activitie
were the body is obliged by the mind to
adopt postures. Sportmen seem to me like suicides.
I "practice" unwinding but with my whole life. From it is that all the
spontaneous yoga exercises have come, my understanding of things and now the
experience with fields. It has become absolutely clear to me that all of
this are just copies of the free being.
The "waving of the hands" has resulted to me very curious because I were
doing it yesterday. Feeling the field around my head and intercting with it,
somehow.
About the knees, its very curious too because I have them damged too and I
make regularly flexibility movements with them and lately radiating them
with my hands. Yesterady I was surprised because for a moment I could
see/feel a knot on my knee. It was a very clear thing.
It was not about skin, bones or muscles ... it was just a knot made of
energy.
