Yesterday I started again ( as always, spontaneously ) to feel
the elmf from one palm of my
hand to the other. The current was quite intense and I could feel the
resistance between the hands
when I pushed. After a time it growed enough so it separatd my hands one
meter and I still could
feel the resistance. I could feel the field fluctuating over the palm of my
hands, very soft fluctuations.

Hi there, I was intrigued by your story, as it parallels my discovery and
eventual experience of K energy. Energy bubbles is how I began this whole
thing.

Late last spring, I was in the local mall, at the discount bookstore. I
came across a very thin volume, and I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of
the book or the author; it was basically how to heal with energy. The
author is a scientist who came from Russia, where he worked at a government
research facility studying energy fields. He recounted one day how a
management or government person came in to view the facility/see the
research, and who had a severe headache. This person simply put his hands
on either side of the man's head and after a few minutes, his pain was gone.
Thus his journey in healing began.

In this small book, he basically gives instructions on activating the
energy. There were details and drawings about how to make 'energy bubbles'
with your hands, and how to increase it through daily exercise. I didn't
buy the book -- it was small enough that I could read what I needed right
there. The basic idea is to bring your hands together and make an 'energy
bubble' between them, and practice moving your hands closer and farther,
expanding and contracting the energy bubble. Other exercises involved using
the fingers to do essentially the same thing. It doesn't take much
practice, as you've discovered.

Your hands have the highest number of free nerve endings (touch receptors)
in your body and, since nervous tissue 'runs' on electricity, there is a
potentially large amount of electromagnetic energy in the hands. This
becomes readily apparent when you make energy bubbles.

People who use energy therapeutically utilize this in their work, for
example, with Therapeutic Touch. (I personally feel Reiki follows the same
principle, but I'm not going to respond to disagreement/argument about
that -- it's my personal -belief-.) The body has a lot of connective
tissue -- akin to the thin white membrane you'll find on a chicken breast.
Connective tissue is piezoelectric, which means that when an external
electric field is applied to it, the tissue has the ability deform/change.
In energy work, the therapists hands transmit electromagnetic energy into
the client's body, thus effecting change in the connective tissue. This, in
turn, can lead to some very profound changes in the person's health.

Obviously, if someone else can do this for you, you can do this for
yourself. I teach clients to make energy bubbles, and I show them how to
use it to get rid of pain. My daughter has long refused to take any
medication whatsoever (which is great except when you're the parent, it's
3am, and she's spiking a fever) -- and when she has a headache, I'm only
allowed to do the waving-of-my-hands around her head. Nine times out of
ten, there's relatively immediate relief, and the headache doesn't come back
(I've found sinus headaches require a hands-on approach, which she doesn't
typically tolerate, at least not from me *laughs*).

Another way I use the energy might prove helpful. Sometimes, one gets a
sense that a particular body part is heavy -- and the feeling can be
insidious or sudden. The body has a biomagnetic field, from the entire
collection of electromagnetic energy which the body emits (it's like the
earth's geomagnetic field, with a 'north' and 'south' pole); there are also
regional/specific biomagnetics. When there is an imbalance in the electric
field -- and my experience repeatedly shows this tends to be site
specific -- the area will feel heavy. I think it's about there being too
many electrons in that particular area. What I do is put my hands around
the area -- preferably on opposite sides of the body part -- and I 'grab'
the energy. Then I do a sort of turning motion with my hands -- there'll be
one direction that's easier to go in, and it usually only take a few seconds
for the feeling of heaviness to go. I do this with every client I work
with; leaving that heavy feeling can result in pain.

One thing I've learned -- and it's taught in the courses I've taken -- is to
use the same idea with hands-on. I used to have pretty bad knees (too many
years of running). I'll put one hand on each side of my knee, then
'intention' the energy to go from one hand to the other. After a bit of
time -- and you have to 'listen' to what your hands are telling you, and
this skill can take awhile to develop (don't give up, -anybody- can do this)
... sooner or later you'll feel your hands moving, even though you -know-
you're not moving them. If you leave them go, they'll describe an infinite
motion (basically, they'll 'go around in circles', even though it might not
be a literal circle). If you really listen, you'll notice a little pause in
the movement. When you feel that, hold your hands still at that point.
Then you'll get what's called a 'release' -- it'll often be a pulsing, but
it's not the cardiac pulse, it's called a 'therapeutic pulse'. Sometimes,
there's a release of heat. Then, the movement will continue, but it'll be
in a slightly different vector. Listen carefully, and you'll feel/hear
another pause. Same thing. What's releasing is stuck tissue, and it can be
profound. My Dad couldn't do an overhead throw due to restrictions from
rotator cuff surgery. I worked with his arm for about ten minutes, and he
was able to do that overhead motion. I've seen this so many times, I
couldn't give a number.

This is also how I approach the kriyas. I never had 'involuntary' kriyas --
it just occurred to me to actively do these movements; how I handled them
followed from my work as described above. So I'll stand, with feet a little
more than shoulder width, and balance at my centre of gravity (this is
defined as 2.5 cm in front of the middle of your sacrum). Then I'll just
sense into my body, and allow myself to move in whatever direction I'm
'pulled'. If I let myself go unhindered, my body will describe that
infinite motion -- and this, I believe, is why people end up doing kriyas
for hours at a time. So I feel carefully, and *every single time* I feel a
pause; sometimes the pause is almost indiscernable -- if I park my active
mind, so to speak, it's a lot easier to feel. If I hold myself at this
'pause', there'll be a release. Then I'll move off in a slightly different
vector. I used to see a chiropractor regularly -- I couldn't go more than
about three weeks, and I'd end up with a tight neck and pressure in my head,
despite four and a half years of very regular chiropractic. I started doing
the unwinding, as I've said earlier, last summer. I haven't been to the
chiropractor since last August. I'll never go again, because I don't need
to. When my neck gets tight now, I just unwind it, using the technique I've
described.

Well, as usual, I've typed for too long. *smiles* I really hope this helps
... let me know, I'm curious if I've managed to get my idea across without
physically demostrating it.

Take care,
Jude
