Dear Jude,

I agree that anxiety is often closely related to the body wanting food/fuel.
Not long ago we had a discussion about panic attacks and low blood sugar.
It's in the archives somewhere! :)) Small meals and staying away from
caffeine can sometimes help a bit.

The fact that you mentioned your body going into automatic contortionist-type
kriyas makes me think that doing more stretches is what the K energy would
like you to do to clear out blocks. Also, in past posts, Percyval has
suggested putting mental energy on the chakra above the one that is causing
trouble. (Are you there Percyval??)

Yeah! :)) Sometimes we have to enter the pain and anxiety--which is really
the same in a sense, of surrendering to it. Tried to find my book on
Tibetan healing for a good quote about that. Can't located it! Drat!
Easier said then done, in any case!
