The following site claims that its methods, when practiced for 30
minutes a day, will allow an individual to attain self realisation in
about 6 to 18 months (I can't remember the exact webpage, sorry):

Has any K-List member had such an experience in such a short time
period? And how did you know it was self realisation? What were the
indications? How did you feel? What were the benefits? What did your
family think?

Why have other people (especially in the past) spent years or lifetimes
achieving self realisation?

The number of self realised people appears to be increasing rapidly
(exponentially perhaps) according to many reports. Why? Is it due to
better knowledge and techniques? Is it due to better communications and
especially the internet? Or is it that the proportion is fairly
constant but more people identify it as such and hence add their count
to the total?

And when will I achieve Self Realisation?
And why should I want Self Realisation?
And how will I get Self Realisation?
