Thank you, Hillary, this was -very- helpful! You're the second person who's
mentioned the full moon, and that makes perfect sense to me -- the whole
gravitational thing. I'm going to watch for that, keep track of how I feel.
Hrm ... almost feels like doing a headache diary. *laughs*

I think maybe the energy cycles up or down in intensity during the day, but
I haven't really had the wherewithal to track that yet. I suspect I'll
have to rid myself of the most of this anxiety bubble before I'll be
successful in separating out the sense of if there's a time of day when the
energy tends to predominate. I suspect meals have something to do with
it -- fuel and all that. I find I'm not as hungry with it, but when I don't
eat, it's a little harder to control. At the least, I guess that's about
having the mental energy, too, I suppose.

I agree with you 100%. I do a sort-of yoga, I call it unwinding, but I
haven't been doing it that much lately. I've been caught up in a bunch of
other stuff and I've been kind of ignoring my basic exercise needs. I have
been doing bodywork on myself ... but of course, I need longer arms to
effectively work my back. *grins* I'm going to make a concerted effort to
get back to my flexibility routine. Thanks for that reminder. And that's a
great idea for thinking of the K as problem ally; I read somewhere that K
heals everything, and I think my bladder is functioning better these days --
for awhile there, I thought I was going to be an early consumer of Depends!
So, yes, I must change my tune -- I actually do that with clients all the
time. You know -- well, yes, if you say you'll never get over (whatever),
you probably won't ... so, thank you for that too!

I was talking with my friend last night about seeing colours -- she was
trying to help me calm myself, to get grounded, and suggested a meditation
she'd read recently. Standing under a waterfall, feeling the water filling
you up, picturing the calming blue of the water. And I have to stop her and
say, well, I don't see the colours ... so we talked about that for quite
awhile. I'm colour blind -- so's my father, so's my son (and I know the
stats, I know what an anomaly I am, being female and colour blind ...
whatever, I've been an anomaly most of my life *snickers*). I wonder if
maybe that's why I don't see stuff like the explosions of white or colours
like you do? Be interesting to find out if that's common with colour blind
people....

I don't know if I have the patience to wait six years ... I'm just
absolutely bound and determined not to suffer this anxiety and back pain for
much longer. Hopefully, my determination will help, and not hinder. *grins*

Again, thanks for sharing and for your great ideas!
