Hi, I'm new to the list today... y'all seem to be having very esoteric
converse here, and I feel a bit pedestrian with this question.

I've had powerful and persistent k-stirrings for about fifteen years off and
on, and some in childhood that thankfully didn't come to anything. Now at
age 48 I've done a lot of inner work and feel ready to deal. BUT. How?

This question is becoming urgent. Lately I've been undergoing chiropractic
adjustment 3x/week. Lots of stuff stirring up emotionally and physically.
And k-energy as well! My chiropractor is good at his job but doesn't know
from kundalini, nor does my therapist. Anybody here know how the two
connect, and if there is documentation somewhere that can tell me what to
expect?

Also, I'm looking for a good text about experiencing kundalini rising
written by and for women. I'm sure the standard texts are very helpful and
informative...but I'd feel more comfortable getting a woman's perspective.
It's just me. Like, I prefer having a female gynie...make sense? <G>
