I experience those too, the buzzing in the spine and
the warm glow in the heart region - daily, almost
constantly. The heart glow usually has a vibration as
well. I associate it with the Divine God/dess and feel
grateful and blessed.

I have had them over the entire field of vision,
twinkling and cascading blue, violet, and teal. And
the funnel experience, too. The first time was a very
surprising experience. :-)

I agree. Getting distracted by them or attached to
them is detrimental to real progress. They're a bit
like parlor magic tricks...and not the main event.
