As the Kundalini rises, I find myself having periods of difficulty in
thinking and clarity of thought. And then suddenly it vanishes and I can
think clearly again.

Kundalini has 3 bases, in the spine, in the heart and at the base of the
head, it's also wrote that once awakened it's active in all 4 bodies.
Perhaps the mental body is being cleansed.

Anyone have any thoughts? Or techniques.
