*smile* hello everyone...crawled out of my winter burrow to scrawl a
word in edgewise -->

david, the ideal society you espouse is based on projections, not on
acceptance. by invoking the name of yahweh and the "fall" you are
framing the conversation in archetypes. i do not expect you to abandon
your faith, but it would help if you didn't use it to frame the
conversation to others who do not necessarily share it.

fallen human nature is in my mind a misnomer. human nature is. the
physical universe is. karma and consequence are. therefore the ideal
already exists, in this context of physical being. one has only to look
into one's own self to recognize this. through introspection you may
find it, or not. that too, is ideal.

cycles of men, women, seasons, earth, sun, moon, stars...*shrug*

the pendulum once firmly positioned in patriarchy is, thankfully,
swinging back the other way. one thing you said that rings true is the
root of this phenomenon (note, not a problem, which implies a value
judgement) is an illusion of separation from our divine nature, which
throws the illusion (through judgement) of good/bad, right/wrong...

these are only viewable through the lens of dualism. look beyond, and
be free of them.

this view does not invalidate your claim of yahweh's plan or hety's that
a matriarchal society would be ideal for her. it is only when you
extend those views outside yourselves, projecting them on others, that
you may find inconsistency.
