Subject: [K-list] Anger and K
From: Joel DiGirolamo

On 2003/04/09 03:45, Joel DiGirolamo posted thus to the K-list:
I think that since I went through my depression many years ago I find
that I am less angry. I had a lot of anger going through my divorce, but
then as I came out of the depression and then even more when I began
studying K my anger subsided. I do find that on the rare occasions when I
am angered, afterward I can feel more K energy. I hadn't thought about it
until it was brought up here.

Now, when something starts to anger me, I just try to look deeper into
it, to understand what has happened. This helps me detach and bring more
of an inquisitive attitude, rather than a more superficial, angry one.

Thanks for the insights! Love, Joel
