Hello All

Stepping out from my lurking state.

Need to speak about the War.

I have not slept well since it has started.
When people have a near death experience, they speak of a life review:
experiencing their actions through the eyes of others.

For the past week, the many dreams I have had included experiencing the life
of some Iraqis through their eyes – there fears and thoughts- its very
vivid. Fear of bombing, being attaked, shot at, chased, loss.
Other dreams have been about bodies piled every ware, some really strange
dreams – all violent in some aspect. All in the middle east. All have to do
with the war. Every freakin night.

Not sure how to protect myself. Have limited my viewing of the war and
reading about it and I am an avid news buff so that has been a change in my
typical reading routine, but it is a must.

The vibe / energy I feel around, floating through the US / World is
disturbing to me and uncomfortable – just don´t like it. I have black eyes,
even after a full nights sleep and my sleeping habits are completely
disrupted. Like many of you here, I am extremely sensitive and while I am
very grounded, I know that this EVENT is having a strong effect.
