Hi...
Sometime back I wrote regarding problems with uncontrollable shaking from the mid section that ripplied out to every extremity of my body, (3rd or 4th time around in a few years... after going to the doctors to have it checked out each time, only to find out all tests came back negative... surely drive anyone crazy)..... at my wits end, I found this site and wrote in.... and Hillary kindly replied confirming this as a probable Kundalini symptom.
Since that time, back at the end of February, it also brought with it back pain, in different areas... for example the lower back, that would then subside, and replace itself at the top of the neck, or shoulder, that sort of thing... wherever it apparently chose to be.
I also experienced digestive problems, and irregular eating patterns. It also brought with it loud ringing bells in my ear... that kept increasing in volume. I have always heard buzzing, that sort of thing for years, but the bells... eeemmm... definitely new & annoying. Once, I could hear them even over the volume of my cooking extractor over the top of my stove !!!! LOL.
After the discomfort of my back and stomach area, I went to visit an awesome Chinese healer, who performed some massage and healing... my chakras were definitely blocked.... immediately after I felt like I could float away, and then completely drained... the next morning I awoke with more energy than I had felt for nearly 4 weeks... re-energised.
A week later, and a couple of days ago, while in quiet thought, I felt a brush of cold air against my right elbow.... Aaha, I said... "Whos this?... this is new".... then for the next 1/2 hour, I felt like a cotton bud inserted in the ear (the one with all the ringing sounds)... and the only way to describe it, was as though my ear were gently being cleaned. It was so ticklish !!!
The next morning I awoke... HEY!!! NO RINGING BELLS... NO SORE BACK... diet apparently back to normal...YAY !!!!! I waited until today, to see if the bells would come back.... "I do believe they've gone".
I found the light at the end of the tunnel... and it stayed on.... LOL..... Blessings all............ Kahurangi
