Oh yes indeed! I think this is true on every level, even for those who are not necessarily on "a spiritual path." A long, long career as a therapist has convinced me that the only standard of "health" that makes sense is that of a human being, fully expressed -- this leads automatically to transpersonal realms, in my experience. So all there is to do is to be the biggest, fullest, most beautiful Ken that you can be.
